While I have only worked with Austin West for 8 months, it has become apparently clear to me that he brings more to the table than most of his peers. Coming into the company, Austin's background included customer service and sales and they were something he displayed a strong understanding of from his first day with Mercedes-Benz. I would recommend any friend or family member to work with Mr. West. He seems to effortlessly make customers feel at home and his integrity is beyond question.
