  Automated a process that accessed and tabulated multiple database sources using python to flag entries and pinpoint the reasons customer service representatives weren't awarded points for internal rewards program. This allowed us to efficiently process tickets submitted by users and avoid manually sifting through massive spreadsheets of data. Consolidated an inherited 20 page legacy report into a user friendly report in PowerBI that refreshes automatically by identifying and prioritizing users' needs.   Used Python (largely pandas) to process data efficiently and create ETL pipelines to process millions of rows of education data for machine learning models. Wrote a Python script that reformatted sheets of citations using regular expressions for BibTex which then formatted them for The Lancet publications. Created plots, figures, and automated maps using python (matplotlib), R and Tableau for researchers to present updates on Education/Tobacco/Alcohol papers to stakeholders. Tabulated large amounts of tobacco pricing data merged with market share data and visualized with researchers in mind so they could analyze the change in tobacco purchases by national and subnational levels.
