I manage a full service/sit down/business casual restaurant. We serve 125-140 guest depending on how the tables are set up. We serve two menus, a lunch and dinner. I managed a 10.6-million-dollar grant (14.2 million dollars in total with fund-matching) for the Mississippi Community College Board. Our grant was aimed at Preschool Development: Birth through five years of age. I currently work hand in hand with eight state and local agencies to meet grant deliverables. I personally manage the daily operations, staff activities, agency grant budgets, reimbursements, requests, and audits. These two non-profits make up Families First of Mississippi.
