Oversees assembly line, maintains pace for correct number percentage regarding production as well as communication to other team member needs and requests to meet daily quota in a timely manner. Performs tasks such as hourly quality checks, calls to maintenance for irregular press activity and actively communicates with production coordinator for needed cut-downs, scrap reports, machinery fault or inactivity. Performs daily paperwork at the end of the day to ensure well-being of the line, numbers produced and any variance regarding scrapped sections.
