Marina Success Manager
-
Jan 2021 - Present
The Wanderlust Group is the team behind Dockwa, Marinas.com and Campouts (forthcoming). We build marketplaces and technology platforms that connect adventurers to destinations and help those destinations grow. You’ll find our apps and software used by more than 250,000 people, across 15,000 destinations in more than 30 countries. The Wanderlust Group is a remote-first company that operates on a 4-day work week, because we believe time spent outdoors, connected to nature, makes all of our work better. At Wanderlust, I interface with marina owners and staff to better understand their operation. Since I get to speak with so many marinas across the country, I often get to share best practices to help streamline the operation. A major portion of my time is spent training staff on our tool sets. I spend time showing them how we can save time in their day and deliver a more consistent and personalize experience to each of their customers.
