  A position that began as a full-time summer internship but was extended to become part-time for nearly two years. I worked closely with the Senior Director of Data Architecture to become versed in data manipulation, to query, analyze and present information using very large sets of data. (The databases which I worked with included reservation records from Hertz rental locations across the country and Hertz employee human resource data.) One project used the data to create a Proof of Concept document for HR. In addition, my position interacted closely with the Lead Salesforce Architect, under whom I became extremely proficient with the Salesforce platform. I completed training modules and gained understanding of Hertz uses for the platform within its internal business functions. Because of my familiarity, I was tasked with the project of creating a Procurement Intake Form, with its purpose being to improve the start-up process for projects.
