I was given full responsibility for my job. My hours were set by me for both making appointments with potential clients as well as selling the product. My earnings were determined by how many appointments I reported on top of commission-esque bonus for my sales, with increased percentages the more I sold over time. While I was designated as pizza delivery, I also took inventory, made dough, cleaned the facility, acquired ingredients, waited tables, ran the register; I did virtually everything short of actual cooking. There were incidents where the last person who took inventory (as responsibility for the task rotated) did not order an essential ingredient, and I would be tasked with rushing to the local grocer to purchase enough for the day, sometimes with my own money.
