  Scheduled and managed the construction process. Followed a strict schedule to get house done on time. This required scheduling in advance and following up with trade’s daily to make sure the work was going to be done. • Warranty repairs as construction manager we handled all of our own warranty. We were required to contact the homeowner within 24 hours of receiving the warranty call. Once this was completed we went through the process if scheduling out all of the items to be fixed with the homeowner. • Follow up on work that has been completed and make sure that it is built to City code, and to make sure that the work was completed to and acceptable standard.
