  Responsible for all logistical operations within Headquarters Resolute Support (HQRS), a four star general command that supported 1900 personnel, including strategic level NATO and United States National Support Element operation. Managed 10 Soldiers, 10 civilian contractors, and 87 Afghan Local Nationals in providing Class I, Class III, Class V, Class IX parts, trash service, billeting to 1900 personnel, fuel deliveries, NATO and US vehicle maintenance, and COVID-19 supplies. Oversaw 6 NATO contracts budgeted at €2,770,500 and 4 US LOGCAP contracts budgeted at $4,450,000. Managed HQRS NATO Warehouse with an inventory worth over €3 million, while increasing operational efficiency and property accountability. Led response efforts at HQRS during the outbreak of COVID-19 in Afghanistan, resulting in hand sanitation supplies being increase from 10 Days of Supply (DOS) to 70 DOS, cleaning supplies raised to 100 DOS, and ensured proper billeting for over 100 quarantined and isolation personnel. Ensured all quarantined/isolated personnel were fed three square meals a day and were provided laundry services. Responsible for the international movements of 72 passengers, two containers, 150 duffle bags, 58 M4 Carbines, 56 CCOs, 20 M9 Pistols, and 72 CBRN protective masks throughout 5 different countries, while coordinating with over nine different agencies and US Customs. Responsible for the retrograde of equipment from HQRS by reducing NATO inventory over 31% and US inventory by 26% within three months, leading the charge in the Kabul Base Cluster area.
