Whenever anyone at my company needed someone to take care of an operational necessity quickly and efficiently (whether it was making a last-minute booking, creating a travel guidebook from scratch, designing a last-minute flier, handling shipping, providing assistance and advice to my colleague and our clientele, discovering creative solutions to problems, or any other sort of isssue), they called on me. I was partially given this promotion for this reason. This new position mostly came with the same duties as my previous position, but I was given the additional responsibility of managing the account for one of our international clients.

My company provides wholesale travel package options for foreign tourists of America. Among their options is something called Fly/Drive wherein one can fly to America, rent a car for a period of usually two weeks, and then be their own tour guides, etc. for two weeks as their tour whatever part of North America they desire. Their one guide on such trips is a road book that I prepare for each customer. I prepare these (usually) 100-page documents daily for our international clients in English, German, Dutch, French, Italian, and Spanish. I also make frequent FedEx shipments with these documents, which occasionally require me to also print and make these books in physical form in-house. That about sums it up.
