Wire strippers, crimpers, soldering iron, heat guns, and dental tools are normal commonly used tools. Identified, removed and applied conformal coating. Removed and replaced discrete and multi-lead components along with performing the installation of eyelets, repair and replacement of conductor and laminates. Ensured the proper connection of wires to terminals and connector cups. Based on wiring diagrams, schematics and work order details, the manufacturing of wire harness to the precise length and specification was performed for complete customer satisfaction and requirements set by Quality Assurance (QA). Hydraulic Overhaul Technician (Nov 2015 – May 2017) Performed detailed repair and overhaul on hydraulic and electro hydraulic aircraft equipment.
