Oversaw a section of a residence hall that housed 22 residents on campus. This included creating programs for the residents, both fun and educational. Whether it was a pancake breakfast or bringing in a speaker, my role was to create community and keep residents engaged. I was also responsible for the programming budget, reporting back to the Area Coordinator. I attended two weeks of intensive training about interpersonal communications, diversity, and the business aspects of running a residence hall.
