Assembled a competitive team of ten local 6th grade boys basketball players to compete in seven tournaments a season in 2015. Offered private lessons for individuals or groups, invited players to workout or shoot around every day outside of normal practice hours. Designed and held an hour and a half long practice twice a week for 12 weeks a season. Eight of the original ten team members continued with our program for 3 years until graduation from 8th grade.
