I have personally witnessed Austin pull off what should be impossible more than a few times. As a developer, he is capable of wrapping his head around a problem and dreaming up elegant, efficient solutions. As part of our tiny UI team, he surprised me over and over again by his unusual (but smart) suggestions on how to do something better. Austin doesn’t want to just do a thing. He wants to do the best thing, in the best possible way. If need be, he’ll burn his midnight oil to build you a functioning prototype of his idea in order to convince you. He’s that determined.
