Austin was always a pleasure to work with. Always willing to go above-and-beyond in each of his assigned tasks was what set him apart. He is thorough, communicative and a problem solver. Highly recommend him for any role that can best utilize his skills as a leader and team player to compliment any organization.

I'm supposed to say all the activities that everybody does at a job like this... blah, blah, blah. What did I do when things weren't spelled out and when there wasn't a quick fix? Here are some highlights: - Solved a client Google Analytics (GA) lead quality issue to completely rewrite the conversion process, implementing an offline conversion and lead scoring process that tripled the # of qualified leads and paying customers - Integrated countless webhooks and workflows for manual systems to automate client progressions and streamline the lead acquisition process (yes, I just problem-solved. That's life, and any business needs it; might as well find someone who enjoys it, like me:)) - Resolved email sending issues (from domain to inbox) that revived client domains and shattered open rate records... internal records, lol. I'm not a magician. - Committed to a 3-day conference (Salesforce Connection in Chicago) as a new hire that saw me using my skills as a "business development rep" for one of my brands. I didn't know what I was doing, I was uncomfortable, I persevered. I used my creative skills to develop a funnel strategy for conference attendees after the event to capitalize on our efforts.
