  As a peer tutor, I get to work with students in a variety of programs related to multimedia design, web development, back end development, graphics, 3D, video editing, and more. Through being a peer tutor, I have learned a great deal of patience and understanding. I have further developed my own skill set through others teaching me as well, and continue to enjoy teaching and furthering other peoples interests in online media.   As front end developer for a small business creating websites, I primarily spent my time creating WordPress websites from designs created by the UX/UI lead. I specialized in making the site from scratch without a framework or visual builder, writing scripts using PHP, writing all of the needed JavaScript functionality, CSS, and HTML. I also aided in coming up with ideas for logos and possible marketing, as well as using visual building software such as Divi. I gained a lot of knowledge in the field of WordPress, learning visual builders like Divi, learning the WordPress content loop, further developing my skill in PHP, and what a real working environment with deadlines is truly like.
