  I was an IT technician working several roles. I was the laptop/desktop technician for both hardware and software repairs; either in-house or onsite. I also work as a service desk technician, primarily solving level 1 and level 2 issues. I also managed client backups with regards to errors when completing, and low space caused by unnatural spikes in new data.
