I worked with Austin at Staywell only for a short time sadly. During this time, Austin learnt the Products at a fast rate, had good questions and suggestions on test plans/test and was a self sufficient resource over all. I was very happy/impressed with Austin's work on the team and was sad to see him leave. His quality of work and his ability to provide the expectations of the Scrum team alone, or with a team of resources, made the rest of QA's life easier and the sprints that much more smooth.
