Mykkö is a bio-fabrication and manufacturing start-up focuse don creating home compostable materials and textiles through hybrid technologies. It was awarded the London Mayor Entrepreneur Award in the Creative Industries, a Future Fashion Factory grant and is funded by Innovate UK. It has raised over 100k so far and our technology is in R&D. As part of the Climate Change All Change UK primary school programme, I was selected to lead the Fashion co-design session to design a UK-wide curriculum tackling climate change and design education for Year 5 students.
