In this context, my missions are: - Defining and following up CSR policy: engage with ESG stakeholders and define their expectations, ensure extra-financial reporting (climate report, URD) and extra-financial rating (MSCI, Sustainalytics, ISS Oekom, CDP Climate Change and Water, Ecovadis) as a performance lever, define and integrate CSR performance indicators and Sustainable Development Goals. - Preparing the annual Investor Days (2 in New York & 2 in London), - Preparing the Shareholders’ Meetings - Managing roadshow with the Lead Independent Director (London & Paris), - Organizing ESG roadshows (USA, Canada and Europe) - Shareholder engagement with coalitions and proxy advisors. Hutchinson has to adapt its business model in a moving automotive market and to unite employees around a new business project. Reporting to the CEO, I was involved in the definition of the strategy. Then I deployed it through the design, management and development of emblematic international locations related to business and innovation, that embody Hutchinson's strategy and culture.- Supported the strategy and change: engagement with stakeholders, creation and implementation of innovation programs, creation of an incubator/start-up, creation of a corporate business and digital showcase, development of new partnerships, creation of the Hutchinson Management School.- Designed new places: rehabilitation of a 4,000 m2 Gustave Eiffel building (calls for tenders, works supervision, interior and exterior fittings), preparation of the business plan and budget management, design of similar places in the USA and China (16,000 visitors/year), creation of a participatory vegetable garden.- Created and planned programs related to the strategy: co-construction with an international cross-functional team and external personalities, led and communicated corporate events (e.g. visit of 16 Chinese ministers, inauguration with the CEOs of Total and Michelin, INSEAD conferences, creation of the Hutchinson Management School, 24h of innovation, international photo competition).
