I had the opportunity to work with Aurélien as my boss for 2 years and 3 months. This is what I regret the most as it was a too short collaboration period ! Aurélien was indeed a great boss. He is an inspiring person, open to discussion. He puts you in a position to find yourself the solution to your problems by making ask you the right questions. In addition to be strategic oriented, the reason why he made the S&P function evolve is because he is also turned to actions. As a manager he was always pushing not only on the "what to do", but pushing also on the "How" and "When" to do and acheive. And Aurélien has also the faculty to be authentic with the persons he trusts. I personally really appreciated working with and for Aurélien.
