  Organizing an event called PENHOUSE 2.0 with a purpose to improves people's soft skills (especially young adult) such as self-confidence, teamwork, and assertive communication through presentations by professional one and fun activities such as case study, role play, and QnA session. This event consists of games session together either as a whole or a group, progress presentations from the staff members, and sharing discussion about the organization to know the opinion of every members either it's a criticism or suggestions.
