My experience with Auramita started with her being the instructor for our onboarding at State Fund. Her level of experience and ability to train new people in their new job duties was exceptional. Her training materials and manuals that she developed were the main stay for years until policy, procedure changes, and upgrades required the materials to be updated. Her professionalism, knowledge and ability to pass on her knowledge were a huge asset to State Fund.
