The old spaghetti factory is a nice restaurant in our area that hosts banquets in the two large banquet rooms and serves all types of guests; family large and small as well as intimate date nights at the bar. I am a server there, I take orders, drinks, use a pos system, and take care of 5 tables. Another very important thing that old spaghetti factory has taught me is how to hold food in a system to incorporate a three corse meal that comes out at all the right times.

This was my first serving job. This being a breakfast restaurant it was a lot more fast paced and focused on getting people in and out and keeping them happy. At this restaurant I took care of 9 to 20 table sections bringing people drinks, working a pos system, and handling money, and quick and meaningful customer service.

I was a cashier and ice cream server for a small traveling Dippin dots cart. It was a customer service oriented job, traveling from parks to soccer fields to fairs. I often worked busy shifts alone or with one other person. It was very rewarding to learn how to use the cash register and how to address customers.
