  Communications and presentation skills are trained as a workshop during the Covid 19 Pandemic via digital learning platforms. Teaching youths for better understanding of marketing and entrepreneurship is one the aspect of Start Smart Organization. Business model competition is an event which assessed the candidates for their mock up business plans reveling their interpersonal and business communication skills.
