1. Receive purchase orders (PO) from customers via email.2. Create production orders based on customer POs for processing in production.3. Generate delivery slips for shipping products to customers.4. Prepare price quotations (quotation) in response to customer requests.5. Calculate quotation prices based on order history or create price request forms for production.6. Forward approved production orders to the production department.7. Archive documents (both hard copy and soft copy) and update daily customer visit data.8.
