Making being a leader look easy since 2015 (at least). Auldry and I worked together at Evo Car Share for five years, both starting as member service agents, thought he had prior call centre experience and I had none. When we first started working together, I was really impressed with his professionalism and sincerity, both when interacting with customers and while mentoring less experienced agents, such as myself. Working in a call centre can be stressful, but Auldry’s positivity and maturity really helped boost morale and increase our team’s cohesiveness. I was (and still am) extremely envious of Auldry’s ability to manage our team and the conflicts we brought, especially after he took on the role of Team Lead in 2017. With a team of around 20 agents, he was always looking for ways to help us become more efficient, be it through mentorship, training, resolving conflicts, or… just by being there to support us. It might sound corny, but he would truly be a valuable addition to any team.
