Tive o prazer e a sorte de ser atendido pelo Guto, desde a época de Sem Hora, e posso afirmar com segurança que ele foi o melhor Account Sales Manager/Executive que conheci ao longo dos meus 6, 7 à frente de minhas empresas de eventos. A ética profissional, a transparência e lealdade do Guto são admiráveis e, infelizmente para todos que atuam na área, raras no ramo do entretenimento no Brasil. O domínio de sua área de atuação e do entretenimento como um todo, também sempre me chamaram a atenção. Entretanto, olhando em retrospectiva acredito fortemente que sua maior competência interpessoal é a facilidade e espontaneidade com que constrói e mantém relacionamentos com os clientes mais importantes do país, além da paciência, o fino trato e a honestidade com os mesmos no gerenciamento das muitas crises que fazem parte do ramo de eventos comerciais e festivais no Brasil.
