      We propose to define a MHT (Multi Hypothesis Tracking) multiple tracking algorithm which will be reconfigurable according to the acquisition conditions and the type of objects to be tracked. Thus, a study will be carried out concerning the relevance of the objects descriptors according to the context and the characteristics of the objects. Then, we propose to model the illumination changes, the shape, the motion, partial or total occlusions. This will allow us to adapt the monitoring to these different conditions using self-adaptive models.The approaches will be applied to the analysis of human activities in the videos, these activities can be displacements, actions/interactions of people, hands tracking for gesture recognition.       Automatic analysis of visuo-gestural communication videos for French sign language. In this thematic, we apply image processing algorithms openCV and Python based to extract body characteristics in order to use them afterwards for learning and recognition of gestures.
