  My duties included the grunt work of making sandwiches and doing so in a timely manner in addition to managing the team behind the counter and ensuring that not only my station was maintained, but all the stations. My managers and general manager relied on me to keep a line of communication and a cohesive, professional atmosphere that kept every one prepared for rushes while remaining level headed as well as to enforce and reinforce any new policies as we were provided them in the constantly changing field. I was one of the few trainers trusted with guiding a new employee through their first few weeks in the store until we were provided with the Guru training station, an internet based training computer, which I was responsible for guiding them through as well. My burger king, store #7824 was the busiest in the district and we were often facing several thousand dollar days where the majority of it would be made during our busy periods of lunch and dinner. While working ten to eleven hour shifts to give myself days off to go to school I often worked both of the busiest times during the day and maintained a professional attitude through the stress.
