RESPONSIBILITIES: - Achieving 100% annual sales target, and make sure to win the tendered project. - Responsible for the sales process from initial point of contact (lead generation), product presentations, preparing the tender proposals, mock up presentation, contract negotiations and execution. - To Meet/exceed minimum quarterly and annual sales objectives. - Make sure the products to be specified within tender documents. - Liaise with the tender winner (ie: contractor,etc) for using the products which already specified. - Coordinate with internal supporting team in order to get the project done perfectly. - Make and update for sales funnel report weekly . - Make sure all of the practical completion of works is received and clear for invoicing process. - Take care for customer complaint and coordinate with involved team to solve the problem completely. - To meet maximum customer satisfaction index.
