  From September of 2015 I am working as a Lecturer in the Faculty of Communication, Vilnius University. Already from 2013 I started to teach the subject called "Communication Ethics".   I was hired as an expert and consultant for Trakai city and its municipality communication strategy development. The work included the analysis of strategic planning documents and its connection with communication strategy and communication planning. The vision, mission, aims were revised and new directions for internal and external communication were set through relevant communication channel selection. Finally, guidelines for the monitoring and measurement of communication efficiency were emphasized and indicated in the communication plan.
