Audrey George Consulting has been instrumental in providing the tools and resources necessary for our organization to ensure that we are establishing and implementing practices that help to avoid any trace of racism and discrimination being embedded in our policies and regulations. An in-depth exploration of diversity and inclusion helped us understand their roles in the recruitment, onboarding, and training processes, as well as how DEI impacts retention and sustainability.
