In the first two years, the initiated and maintained strong partnerships with over 15 organizations and 400 community members -Managed all program finances -Established and managed a 1.5-acre organic farm; develop crop planning, soil management, weed/pest/disease management, harvesting, marketing, and selling -Wrote and carried out a successful business plan to make the organization economically sustainable. -Listens attentively, negotiates and resolves differences, Identifies and gathers appropriate resources, creates and executes content strategies for public relations, multitasks. -Clearly and concisely writes all public relation materials.
