  My work for the Society of Women in Public Affairs involves outreach and communication with politicians and other successful women in Public Affairs to organize educational meetings with the members of SWPA. I also help to lead professional development workshops for our members and work closely with the Executive Board to ensure our members are getting the most out of our organization.   Student Alumni Ambassadors is an organization that communicates with the University of Illinois Alumni Association and does community programming for the university. We organize and execute events such as the welcome celebration for incoming freshman, a community service week for alumni, homecoming, and I Love Illinois Week. Other than our events, we also serve as football ambassadors, tour guides, and work on our own professional development through the organization.
