I had the pleasure of working with Audrey on our Customer Portal project which she was the product owner for. She is a highly intelligent and well versed individual who is well respected by her peers, in most cases she is regularly asked to stand in positions that are normally substantially higher than her current role just indicating the trust even the Executive of Sasol has in her abilities to manage and excel under pressure and own work until completion. In terms of her work ethic she is very articulate in terms of outputs she requires and drives quality in all that she does, she also tries to spend as much time with her teams that report to her and try and guide the individuals in those teams to do their best and grow their careers. To this day I cannot name one person that has had anything negative to say about Audrey, there has only be respect for everything she has put in place and what she has built to ensure the companies success and sustainability. With her background and peer respect she would be definitely be a strong asset to any company in a leadership position.
