I am working closely with our marketing director to somewhat rebrand what The Foundry is putting out to the media. I am creating a social media calendar by using canva. I have meetings with all the in-house coaches to come up with photo sharing ideas to help ease this new transition of me being in charge of social media.

  Coaching teams that vary from middle school all the way to adults. I construct training plans and execute a day to day practice efficiently. On top of that I work on building a stong bond within the teams with leadership, confidence, and other life skills that will help them as they get older. I teach a lot of kids the basics of rowing making sure I can break it down easily for them to understand, but also I am able to educate more complex knowledge of the sport to more advanced athletes.I also do a lot of education on the history of the Cuyahoga and how we should keep our waterways clean.
