I was Lead Learning Designer on a team that creates high quality learning experiences across the Udemy ecosystem. I designed online courses for the Udemy Business platform, built enablement programs for our Customer Success teams, and consulted with our product and marketing teams about learning best practices to inform content strategy. I built our team workflows and standards for consulting with subject matter experts to create Udemy courses and worked with production vendors to film and edit our courses. I worked on over 130 courses with over 150K students and an average rating of 4.5/5. I managed the course development process with SMEs ranging from business and technical professionals to celebrities. I also developed Udemy's Learning Playbooks, asynchronous blended learning programs for Udemy Business customers on the topics of Manager Training, DEI, Career Development, and Performance Management.
