  Innixim est une startup (<10 personnes) qui développe et produit un scanner d’imagerie dentaire. Ce produit étant complexe, mon champ d’action a été très large. - Electronique : Acquisition d’image : pilotage CCD (avec FPGA), analyse et réduction de bruit ; tests CEM (norme 60601-1-1) - Logiciel : embarqué (verilog, C) et PC (C++, python, scilab): communication USB, traitement d’image ; installateur windows (application + driver USB) ; SDK distribué à plusieurs intégrateurs - Industrialisation : sélection fournisseur, suivi des anomalies, validation de performances, création d'instructions pour la production - Gestion de projet : Contribution forte à la mise en place d’outils de pilotage (Asana puis Jira) ; points d’avancements et plannings ; Mise en place du développement logiciel (release, versionning, validation…) - Management : suivi de stagiaires et développeurs : formation d'entrée dans l'entreprise, points réguliers sur les tâches à faire, entretiens de suivi réguliers ; suivi d’un développement réalisé par un sous-traitant à l’étranger (rôle de tech lead et product owner) - Qualité : 3 audits et 2 audits à blanc (ISO 13485) : documentation pour dossier de conception (analyses, résultats de tests…) et dossier technique ; vérification du dossier de conception pré-audit ; réflexions sur procédures SMQ
