Significantly reduced overall marketing expenses by leveraging data to make informed recommendations on the effectiveness of various strategies, helping to choose the most effective pieces. Identified a potential multi-million dollar cost-savings by eliminating the company’s ineffective initial mailer. Reduced customer service expenses and call volume by providing analysis of call center data and developed both proactive and reactive approaches to mitigating call volume and improving satisfaction. Played a key role in increasing sales by providing ROI data to the client relations team, enabling potential clients to see cost-efficiency and value of the product upfront. Decreased FTE costs, reduced errors, increased reliability, and improved customer satisfaction by leading a re-design effort that automated 200+ manual reports, subsequently reducing lag time in receiving reports. Enabled the win of several new clients by single-handedly redesigning the entire reporting suite for the Prime Member Pay product, which increased credibility of the program. Played a critical role in maintaining the company’s stance as a top competitor in the wellness program market space, driving stocks from $8 to $41 per share over 10 years. Show less
