I started working with Professor Heather Kropp as a research assistant in January 2023, helping set up a DJI drone software and hardware. This summer, I spent four weeks conducting research with her, using drones to analyze milkweed productivity. I learned GIS with R code and further advanced my skills with ArcGIS pro. This year, I will be learning structure from motion, along with writing a scientific paper.

I managed up to 6 tables at a time while maintaining a calm and focused state of mind. I was able to multitask in a high stress, busy environment by keeping food and drink orders organized and keep customers satisfied. I also quickly learned how to cook well for thousands of people each day when there was help needed in the kitchen. I used my excellent interpersonal skills to greet customers at the door and at tables. In addition, I was able to resolve conflicts with customers when they would arise. Show less
