Audre’ Wever has worked for Associated Electric Cooperative from 2004 until recently. Audre’ advanced steadily in her career from a new accountant in the organization to her latest position of Supervisor of Accounting. In this last position she oversaw the general accounting for the organization. Under her leadership this group has improved the processes to close the books each month and produce accurate reports quickly for senior management and the board of directors of the Cooperative. She has also managed the outside audit process producing audits with no adjustments by the first week in February. These efforts are important to the Cooperative and, while this is not the extent of her duties, highlight her capabilities. Audre’ is a very good accountant with high integrity and an outstanding work ethic. She has demonstrated leadership abilities to motivate others to work to meet the objectives of the organization.
