Influential leaders change the dial in any organization and Fernandez is one of them. I worked directly with Fernandez when he was the Regional Product Developer, at Toyota Kenya. Fernandez is one leader who passionately influenced and developed leaders in his direct reports. When I reflect, on how he treated employess under him, most of it are the powerful learnings I took from him. Fernandez defines integrity, has an exceptional learning agility, has excellent relational skills, results driven (as a leader -our branch and region were top through and through ), has infectious empathy ( I remember how he even actively contributed to our personal lives ,not only professional ) and not to forget his customer centric approach ( I remember the powerful reminder of why we went to work ). I’m thankful to have worked with an exemplary leader like Fernandez and happy to recommend him. He exemplifies that a person who lifts , supports , champions , motivates & positively encourages others above and below him. Fernandez - the world is greatful , keep offering yourself to it and see you up there. The isn't the limit, actually the ground is. Leadership is lifting a person’s vision to high sights, the raising of a person’s performance to a higher standard, the building of a personality beyond its normal limitations. - Peter Drucker -

Mr. Audi is a knowledgeable manager with a hands on approach. I'm impressed by his work ethic and dedication. He was always going the extra mile to ensure that all our customers received top notch service at Amex Autoparts Butere branch. He is a great asset to any company and I have learnt many hard and soft skills from him.
