  I carried out a full range of dairy activities from delivery of milk to doorsteps through to product control and rotation, to operations manager. This has involved training staff in all aspects of the operation from going out on rounds to ordering and rotating products to stock controls. I also complete some of the administration tasks i.e. Answering calls, taking messages, responding to emails and monitoring performance in all aspects.
