Jennifer Rogers, MA

I have always been impressed by Aubrey since I first met her several years ago when we both were selected to be part of the Chamber's Leadership Twin Cities program. Her inquisitive nature, energy, sense of humor and twinkle in the eye was just a taste of what I've come to know. Aubrey engaged me to be a speaker on internships and experiential learning in her capacity at MMHA. Throughout the process, I witnessed an excellent, organized planner, with superb communication and detail-orientation skills. She is a great group facilitator as well. Any organization that retains her talent is fortunate!

I like working with Aubrey because she's intelligent, hard-working, and she doesn't waste time. I think she's good at time management because she's always seeing the big picture. She's clearly both book smart and street smart. I'm impressed by her consistent follow-through with the projects we have worked on together. She is an important asset to any team looking to get things done and make a difference.
