I had the opportunity to work with IBM ASEAN / South Asia headquarters based in Singapore, from 1997 to 2001. Under IBM I had opportunity to work on several fronts, which included e-business solutions marketing in ASEAN, integrating Lotus company workflow offerings under IBM's e-business lineup of offerings. I also had a chance to lead as Country Manager in IBM ASEAN to establish leadership in Retail sector. I had the opportunity to work with IBM ASEAN / South Asia headquarters based in Singapore, from 1997 to 2001. As a lead Project Manager, I had the opportunity to work on several large Singapore Government related enterprise automation / Digital transformation / Workflow projects under several of their ministries such as Inland Revenue Authority of Singapore (IRAS), Ministry of Law (MinLaw), Land Transport Authority (LTA) etc. This was a valuable experience in creating large systems with business automation. Under HCL, I was privy to some major tech innovations taking place around 1985. I had the opportunity to be involved in supporting Unix, Mini Mainframes, and CAD/CAM systems for VLSI and Chip design. I also assisted in the planning and setting up of the CAD/CAM manufacturing plant for HCL in NOIDA India. Under HCL, I was privy to some major tech innovations taking place around 1985.
