  During my leadership in the SAPARD (Special Accession Programme for Agriculture and Rural Development) Agency we have conducted the structural adjustment in the agricultural sectors and rural areas of Hungary, as well as in the implementation of the acquis communautaire concerning the Common Agricultural Policy (CAP) and related legislation of the EU. During my leadership the EU acreditated the procedures and the agency of SAPARD as a preaccession fund.
