      Health and fitness is my passion for 14 years now. Practicing and sharing my knowledge and experience was always big part of my life. I did finally find the perfect way to get more people into some much needed physical exercise when I joined the fit20 family. I do aim for those in particular who are struggling to commit to any training plan due to lack of time, health issues (injuries, surgeries etc.) or just not feeling comfortable in the traditional gym environment. fit20 offers an innovative way of achieving fitness.
