Tim Bray
Mikey is an excellent and devoted teacher with a passion for technology integration. I had the pleasure and honor of working in a group with Mikey at the Apple Distinguished Educator conference in Singapore during 2008. Mikey was amazing to work with in a team -- efficient and effective. His can-do attitude was part of the driving force behind our team's achievement. He is also passionate about technology integration, which can be viewed on his Youtube account. His work with elementary students and teachers is truly inspiring. On a last note, he was one of the founding members of the Shanghai Student Film Festival and was instrumental in helping us build a festival at Korea International School, even though he wasn't a member of our faculty or even in the country. An all-around wonderful and impressive educator!

Mikey is a true talent at integration of technology resources to accomplish learning goals. Specifically, he mastered a strong set of applications and marshaled the energies of a diverse staff toward the fulfillment of all our short term objectives. Mikey understands the concept of Learning 2.0 and students love both his expertise and comfortable style in and out of the classroom. As one of the recent leads on the Shanghai Student Film Festival (S2F2) stage, we were again quite proud of our SCIS representative to a venture that assured students of an opportunity for expression of raw talent and insight. Mikey can do no wrong where kids and computers are involved.
