I lead on all matters with respect to health and safety, and operational compliance. I am directly responsible for leading fourteen full-time staff and approx. thirty casual and contract staff across five production departments. As part of the senior management team, I was a key contributor to the Lyric Theatre’s five-year strategic plan 2019 – 2024. I provide regular written reports and updates to the Lyric’s board of trustees and I sit on the Building and Maintenance board sub-committee. I chair the organisations Health and Safety committee. Overall management of a significant operating budget and capital projects budget. I led on establishment of Lyric Scenic Workshop to self-deliver on scenic construction and to provide a diversified income stream for the company. Show less
